We ship worldwide with the following express shipping options: DHL, EMS, DPD, DPEX, Fedex, DHL, Hermes (depending on your country).
Because we ship directly from our partners in these countries, your item may take 7-12 business days to arrive. Please do not panic if it does not show up immediately, it's on its way :)
Shipping fees are automatically calculated on the basis of weight, size and volume.
Generally it will cost about €4,95.
Happily, you can get free shipping for orders over €50 and up.
1. Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?
Please be advised that your shipping address cannot be revised after the order has been fullfilled successfully. However, before your order being shipped, we will try our best to help you to revise your shipping address. So please make sure that your shipping address is right and if you have any question, please feel free to contact with us first, we will be very glad to help you solve the matter.
2. How do I track my order?
After your order being shipped, a tracking number will appear. You can track your order on our company's website with the tracking number provided.
Please pay attention: It may take 48 to 72 hours for the tracking information to be updated and sometimes tracking numbers may change. If after 3 days you cannot get the tracking information of your order, please feel free to contact with us for more information.
3. I am not satisfied with the product. What can I do?
If you are not satisfied with the product you received,you’d better return it to us in new condition within 15 days from the delivered date, or we would refuse to accept your request.
